Mercedes 190e 2.6 Auto, 107K miles, MOTd to Jan 2016. Full leather Sport interior, 4 seater (optional on 190e, leather version of the standard Cosworth interior), electric driver seat (inc headrest) with dual memory function, virtually unmarked.

Electric windows all round, electric tilt and slide sunroof. Leather steering wheel. Car was retro-fitted with lowered suspension at some point after leaving the factory. Original Blaupunkt speakers with aftermarket stereo and retractable aerial. See pic for original factory-spec’d options.

Passenger-side seat includes optional underseat fire extinguisher and the rear parcel shelf still contains the original first-aid kit. The boot contains the original spare wheel, toolkit and warning triangle.

I have owned the car for the past 2 years, in this time I have done around 1500 miles, I had the car serviced when i bought it by a local mechanic, all fluids, filters and pads were changed. Since then the car has been driven rarely but has been checked over and started regularly.

There is a bundle of paperwork including handbook, old MOTs and tax disks and original bill of sale along with option list. Unfortunately there is no service book or record but the car appears to have been well looked after and drives as well as any car I have owned.

I have had the rear bumper insert resprayed and it has original Mercedes 190 Evo1 wheels fitted as it originally came with more modern Mercedes wheels fitted.

This is a genuine useable classic Mercedes, it can hold its own amongst modern traffic and is economical when driven sensibly. The auto box changes smoothly and kickdown works as it should, holding gear through the rev range in Sport mode, and more economical in Economy mode. All electrics work perfectly and the car starts first time, on the button, from cold.

The car went through MOT in Jan 2015 with no advisories, the examiner commented on the condition of the car and how well it has been kept.

There is a small 50p sized amount of surface rust below right brake light, and a 10cm touch of rust along the front edge of the bonnet on passenger side.

Needless to say these cars are extremely rare, especially in 2.6 guise, and will appreciate in value over the next few years. It would not take much to bring it back to show standard, however, with a new family and other more pressing commitments I have been unable to do so.

Offers from bidders with no buyer or seller feedback will be declined.

Please note delivery or collection is at the discretion of the winning bidder/buyer, I can provide details of a local delivery firm if required but it is up to the new owner to arrange delivery.
